This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of the family. The spacious sitting room by reception is super cozy and inviting, and the working lift makes it a breeze to get to my room. The cleaning staff are so friendly and always made me feel right at home. And let me tell you, the hotel owner is a legend! They truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic stay.

The rooms at Hotel Eden are amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a nice workspace for my laptop and air conditioning to keep cool. The free WiFi is also a big plus. The room I stayed in even had a satellite TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. It felt like a home away from home!
One thing I didn't quite like was that some rooms have views of the garden or city. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

I had been wanting to visit Bucaco Forest for a long time and chose the Eden for its location. However, the hotel's free WiFi pleasantly surprised me and made my stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and I loved being able to enjoy a drink at the on-site bar.
Not very clean.

The staff at this family-run hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They granted our request for a late checkout and even offered us an additional discount related to the event we were attending. The room was clean and functional, with a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. For the price paid, it was excellent value for money. We also loved the indoor pool, which was a great feature for us as youngsters. The breakfast provided plenty of choices, from bread and fruits to milk and cereals.
We felt privileged during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The triple room was perfect for our family with a large bathtub and efficient heating unit. the breakfast spread was plentiful and enjoyable. We appreciated the key location within walking distance to several eateries and attractions.
The hotel needs some attention as some areas appeared run down. the furniture was overused, and there was noticeable mold on the walls.

Nice staff and clean rooms
The hotel had really nice staff who were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel was located in a great spot near many local shops and restaurants. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of items.
The sound insulation in the hotel was poor and we could hear noise from the street and other guests staying at the hotel. The restaurant was closed during our stay and we had to go out for dinner.
